Mental health has been something that has been ignored and neglected in our society for a long time, and just recently we have begun to accept and help treat it. This is no different with teens and adolescents, and even more urgent, as these kids are impressionable and deeply effected by mental illnesses. Things such as depression, anxiety, and eating disorders can all stem from too much social media usage, and these effects are more seen in teens.
